At this workshop style session, greenwashing was defined and examples presented to set the stage for a debate on what isn’t working and what makes you green with envy – and why.

As a wrap up there was a summary of best practices and a quick review of North American environmental marketing guidelines that businesses need to be aware of when crafting your own “green” messages.
