For the last 18 years Richard has spearheaded marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients. He understands the challenges of corporate management and communicating sustainable development concepts, especially for major and global brands, such as CSA, BASF and Toyota. He is able to identify the marketing communications needs of motum b2b clients and link this to the most appropriate suite of tactics. Richard is Second Vice Chair of BPA Worldwide (CCAB), a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, the Energy and Environmental Buildings Association and various industrial and energy/environmental organizations.
Director, Digital Marketing
Scott is a web professional with ten years of experience and deep knowledge of system development, system analysis and project management for best-of-breed, public-facing sites, intranets and extranets. He is fluent in all aspects of digital marketing field including effective site design, interface usability, lead management and email marketing, search engine marketing, online advertising, web analytics and site traffic reporting. Scott leads our team in the delivery of enterprise level web sites and business applications through adherence to strict system development lifecycle methodologies and cutting-edge technical best practices. Prior to joining the motum b2b team, Scott worked with a national financial company as a lead web developer and project manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop's University and is a graduate of the Institute for Computer Studies E-commerce Solutions Developer program where he graduated at the top of his class and was class valedictorian.

With a background in journalism, Stephanie has a knack for amassing subject-matter expertise, digesting complex information and engaging the target audience with messaging they can understand and relate to instantly. Having spent her career in the business-to-business marketing communications field, Stephanie has taken a special interest in sustainability concepts and how they can deliver tangible business benefits to clients and their customers. Since joining the motum b2b team in 2001, Stephanie has researched and written integrated campaigns and hundreds of feature articles across varied industries that include building and construction, carbon management, industrial products, electronics, financial management and high technology. Stephanie is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and holds the Communication and Advertising Accredited Professional designation from the Institute of Communications and Advertising. She holds Dipl. Journalism from Centennial College.
Manager, Integrated Marketing
Lisa brings over eight years of project management and design experience to motum b2b. She has worked in many facets of the design industry including the health care and educational sectors. Her background in English and Journalism give her a valuable mix of appreciation for content and creativity. Since joining the motum b2b team in 2006, Lisa has worked on countless print campaigns such as Buy Safe Media, Building Performance Institute, BASF Polyurethane Foam Enterprises, Toyota Industrial Equipment and Tembec High Yield Pulp Division. Lisa has been successful in managing all communications with suppliers, including file set-up, troubleshooting, reviewing and approving proofs, and collaborating timelines. She has strong knowledge of all aspects of production and a solid understanding of design, typography and sustainable paper stocks. Prior to joining the motum b2b team, Lisa worked at the University Health Network as a communications specialist and lead designer for the Toronto General & Western Hospital’s Foundation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and is a graduate of Humber College’s Journalism program where upon graduation she was invited to return for a year of teaching graphic design.

Mark has worked with motum b2b since 2001. Over the years he has helped guide and shape the company's online activities from its first steps in the digital wading pool through to its current suite of Internet tools and tactics. Over the years he has helped strategize, design, program and produce the websites, online applications, digital media campaigns, interactives, videos and more that motum b2b uses to help its clients build successful online brands. Mark holds a postgraduate Internet Management diploma from Humber College as well as an Honors BA in Sociology from Trent University, specializing in Digital Culture.
